Distribute a tangerine-sized foam ball of MANGALA Stones Shampoo evenly in damp hair and shampoo. Leave the shampoo on for approx. 3 minutes and rinse thoroughly.
If you want to intensify the effect, distribute a tangerine-sized foam ball of MANGALA Stones Shampoo in your dry hair before showering and leave it on while you brush your teeth, for example. Then rinse the shampoo out in the shower and shampoo a second time.
